Iraq's Prime Minister says that 100 billion dollars is needed to rebuild the country's heavily damaged infrastructure. The country has announced a 10-year reconstruction plan, which will begin next year. Dr Sami al-Araji is head of Iraq's National Investment Commission and speaks to Ian King.
